We performed this long-term project  with our Belgian partner. Together we were awarded  a large  tender for the transport of Volvo CE parts from Belgium to Russia.

Our team had to organize uninterrupted trucking from Gent, Belgium to Moscow, Russia. Every truck had to arrive at exactly 06-00 AM three to four times per week for loading. Parts had to be delivered within 5 days to Moscow including time spent at Customs. This interesting and challenging task required new ideas and input from all our team members. Some internal processes had to be changed, new SOPs were created,  creative procedure and process  were created for strict adherence to  plant requirements. Status reporting process was put in place so that  customer had access to all needed information daily before 10-00 AM.

Our work results were  90% accurate   relative to  truck arrival for loading and unloading. We thank our partners, truck drivers and forwarders for their input and professionalism.
