- Organization of international road transport
- Preparation and work with documents for transport
- Follow-up with our carriers
- Creating and maintaining own database of carriers
- Active search for new customers
Requirements
- Command of English (at least B1) and Polish (at least B2).
- Experience in international road transport for at least 2 years
- Communication skills
- Active position in life and willingness to develop in the field of logistics
- Readiness to handle responsible and ambitious tasks
- Own list of carriers and customers is a plus.

- Expanding the customer base with European clients (cold calls, meetings presenting the company at exhibitions)
- Contacts initiation establishment of relations with new clients, discussion of the terms of cooperation, Contracts execution.
- Involvement in preparation of marketing materials and marketing activities.
- Participation in the development and implementation of an individual sales plan.
Requirements
- Command of Polish language (min B2)
- Command of English language (min B2)
- Command of German language is a plus
- Communication Skills
- Growth Mindset for accomplishing financial sales targets and KPI
- Effective confident communicative with no fear to initiate cold calls.
